The EcoDhaga Size Chart
Choosing the right size is important and we understand that. Fit of a garment depends on the construction, materials and manufacturer.
Sizes vary across brands, so to make it easier for you to find your fit, we have have created a cohesive size chart for the Indian body type.
All sizes listed on our website correspond to the sizes detailed in this chart and are listed as the closest approximation.
EcoDhaga is not responsible for the sizing difference between brand labelled sizes and listed sizes.

Estimated Sales Price
Pricing thrifted finds is equal parts art and science. As a truly ethical thrift store, the products we receive from donations are often vintage or from previous collections that are no longer available in-store or are from brands that are no longer operational. While we love bringing these products to you, it is not easy to find the original sale price.
We however estimate the closest sale price taking into consideration: the brand, their average prices for products in particular categories etc. We encourage you to do your own research for this as well. Any listed estimated original sale price is just that, an estimate. If you think we have made an error in estimating the original sale price for any product, please reach out to us at ecodhaga@gmail.com.
Order Cancellation
Buyers remorse? Uff! We understand. It can happen to the best of us. However, as an early-stage start-up, we have a strict cancellation policy to ensure our business continuity. You can cancel any order placed within 24 hours of receiving order confirmation.
If you cancel an order within 24 hours, you will receive the entire amount of cashback. Keep your Order Reference No. or Invoice No. handy and quote it when you raise a request for cancellation. Email your request for cancellation within 24 hours to ecodhaga@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests will not be entertained after 24 hours. In case, you decide after 24 hours that you don’t want the product, please check our return and refund policy.
Defects and Repairs Disclaimer
Some of the clothes we list have minor defects which are either disclosed at listing or repaired prior to listing. The repairs are discreet and done by local tailors and craftswomen. While we work hard to ensure quality in delivery, please allow for some margin of human error (1 in 100 pieces).
The price of the clothes listed thoroughly considers any repairs made, and more often than not, you’ll find that the items for sale which have minor defects or are repaired are cheaper. Please be mindful that disclosed defects and repairs will not be acceptable reasons for return.
Condition of Fabric Disclaimer
For every item listed, we estimate and calculate the number of wears the fabric has left based on the quality of the fabric, brand, condition received, etc. When we list a product as Brand New, it means it arrived at our facility with its tag intact. The original brand tags are however removed prior to cleaning and treatments.
Rarely worn clothes show very few signs of use and wear, and will last you a long time. Pre-loved items have been cherished by a previous owner, and they have been through rigorous quality checks before being listed for essentials in your closet. We aim to work completely transparently. Please be mindful that disclosed condition of the fabric, whether Brand New, Rarely Worn or Pre-loved will not be acceptable reasons for return.
Redeeming Store Credit or Discount Vouchers
Store credits are issued to customers who have membership log-in at EcoDhaga. Store credits may be issued on cancellation of an order or return of an item. If you’re part of our members’ mailing list, you may also be privy to exclusive discount vouchers.
Redeem your store credit or vouchers at checkout by entering the details/code in the promotional offers section, before payment checkout. Ka-Ching!
Special Orders & Gift-wrapping
Purchasing a gift for someone in our store? Awww! We live for that stuff. Tell us details in an email to ecodhaga@gmail.com with the subject line: Gift for Order No. (quote your Order No.), and we will try to make the gift as special on our behalf as we can.
Give us details about the recipient: Name, Address, occasion, important date to deliver by, a personalised message from you to the recipient, and we’ll take care of the rest. Happy Gifting and Thrifting!
ThriftEx Store Policy
ThriftEx is available Monday to Saturday between 11 am to 5 pm.
As a Thrift Exclusive experience, you get to book a 2-hour slot for a customised shopping experience at a secret location (emailed and WhatsApp-ed to you after you book) in Koramangala, Bangalore.
Your slot is booked for a duration of 2 hours. To allow us to serve every customer, we request you to kindly be on time.
No hidden charges for the exclusive shopping experience. Only pay for what you buy!
No returns or exchanges for items bought in store.
Cancellation: Please cancel or reschedule your ThriftEx appointment 48 hours before your slot or earlier. A lot of time, love, and care goes into creating your customised ThriftEx experience, which is why we charge a nominal fee of INR 149 if you fail to cancel your appointment in time.
Shipping Charges
Flat rate of INR 100 for orders will be applicable. For orders, above INR 2000, we provide free shipping!
Watch out for our sale seasons when we offer free shipping!
Applicable GST
GST of 5% is applicable for all items under INR 1000. GST of 12% is applicable for all items over INR 1000. Please note that GST is included in the prices listed and will not be charged as additional at checkout.
Operating Hours
We are open from Monday to Friday between 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. We are closed on Sundays and on public holidays.
