We use upcycled fabrics, recycled paper, and recyclable cardboard to package our products. Our sturdy, reusable cardboard protects your items during transit, while our fabric bags, made from repurposed textiles, serve as reuseable functional, eco-friendly alternatives for storage or gifting.

Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

At EcoDhaga, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

  • We aim to process and ship your order within two working days of receiving it.

  • We currently ship all over India, so shop to your heart’s content!

  • Good things come to those who wait. Your order should be delivered to you within 3-14 days of placing it.

  • Our trusted shipping partner will will get in touch with you to ensure timely delivery.

  • If your order value is for more than INR 3,000, voila, the delivery is on us!

Return & Refund Policy

We're sorry you didn't love your purchase! Let us make it right. Before raising a return request, please review our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth process: 

  • Eligibility: 
    Returns are only available for orders over INR 3,000.

  • Return Window: 
    You have 3 days from receiving your order to request a return. So, don't procrastinate!

  • Non-Returnable Items: 
    Returns are not accepted for sale items, in-store purchases, or items bought at offline events.

  • How to Return: 
    Fill in the return reason on your return form and send your item back to our registered address. Ensure the EcoDhaga price tag is intact.

  • Return Shipping: 
    You are responsible for the return shipping. Once our quality team approves the return, we'll process it.

  • Refunds & Store Credit: 
    We don't offer refunds, but we'll issue store credit for the returned item, which you can use for your next purchase.

  • Processing Fee: 
    A flat fee of INR 150 will be deducted from your return as a processing charge. This helps cover the cost of quality checks and logistics.

  • Exchanges: 
    We don't offer exchanges, but you can use your store credit for any other items on our website.

  • Conscious Shopping: 
    We encourage thoughtful purchases to help reduce the environmental impact of returns and the fashion industry’s carbon footprint.
